Read before using the Recipe subforum!

Recipes from the internet should be shared via link, not cut-and-pasted here. Recipes from published books are NOT allowed per our copyright policy.

Note that recipes posted here are not vetted; I recommend checking the carbohydrate, protein and calorie levels yourself to verify a recipe fits your dietary goals as expected.

I also recommend a postprandial check with your glucometer; I find some things spike my bG beyond what's expected from their macronutrient content; e.g. Mission low carb tortillas and even the full-fat cottage cheese spike the heck out of my bG.
