Im just starting out with OMAD. One week in. I am also in The Fasting Method by Jason Fong. Im getting a bit confused because they say dont do OMAD every day but change it up. A bit discouraging since i was doing ELAB. Help?
They seem to like 3 36-hr fasts or 2 48-hr fasts/week, with multiple meals during the eating window. I suspect that'd work, just as the OMAD model would work. It might be a matter of which you're more comfortable with.
